Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the efficient operation of our services and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients. Cancellation Fee: Should you need to cancel your appointment and fail to provide the required 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied. This fee is intended to cover administrative and scheduling costs associated with the canceled appointment. How to Cancel: Clients can cancel appointments by contacting us through email (chris@dsrtwash.com) or by phone 760-469-9046. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to discuss their situation, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Rain Cancellation: In the event of heavy rain, clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments without incurring a cancellation fee due to weather conditions. DSRT Wash monitors weather and reaches out the day beforehand to see if you want to change your appointment. Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or through the payment method provided at the time of booking. The fee will be processed within 24 hours following the canceled appointment. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the rescheduling request is made within the 48-hour notice period. No-Show Policy: In the event we cannot access your home, or reach you via telephone, that will be considered a "no-show." In the case of a no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It ensures that our services remain efficient and accessible to all clients.
